Overview

For R&D project outcome evaluations commissioned by government ministries-including the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety-as well as local governments and public institutions, we conduct objective quality measurements of project deliverables based on the international standards ISO/IEC 25023 and ISO/IEC 25051.
R&D project test reports are used as part of final research project reports and as official deliverables submitted for government-funded projects, enhancing both the reliability and completeness of R&D outcomes.

Purpose

• Measurement of quality indicators for R&D development projects
• Verification of successful project execution at project completion

Scope

This applies to all software and ICT products and services.

Testing Method

• 

  KOLAS-Accredited Test Report

  Testing is conducted in accordance with the test items and methods
  defined in the international standard ISO/IEC 25023
  (System and Software Product Quality Measurement).
• 

  General Test Report

  Testing is carried out based on the test items and methods
  specified by the requesting organization.

Test Procedure

• Application and Registration

  Submission of test applications, test products, and related documents; consultation on test items and methods

• Contract

  Issuance of quotation, execution of test contract, and payment of fees

• Test Execution

  Establishment of the test plan, test performance, and preparation and review of test reports and procedures

• Issuance of Test Report
