Testing Quality Management Policy and Declaration of Impartiality

1. Testing Quality Management Policy

Our organization establishes its Testing Quality Management System based on the international standard KS Q ISO/IEC 17025 and performs testing activities impartially and accurately.
By providing customers with highly reliable test results and ensuring the continuous fulfillment of requirements, we aim to achieve customer satisfaction as our Testing Quality Management Policy.
To accomplish this Testing Quality Management Policy, the following quality objectives are established:

Value Creation for Customers

Placing customers as the highest priority in decision-making and actions, we provide services that deliver practical value to customers in a prompt and accurate manner.

Enhancement of Testing Reliability

We comply with KS Q ISO/IEC 17025 and all applicable laws and regulations, pursue a high level of ethics and impartiality in the performance of our duties, and ensure independence from any undue influence that may affect technical judgment.

Advancement toward an Excellent Testing Laboratory

Relevant personnel of our organization continuously develop their professional competencies and organizational capabilities, contribute to the domestic testing field, and focus on a thorough understanding, implementation, and improvement of the Testing Quality Management System.

All relevant personnel shall fully understand the Testing Quality Management Policy and quality objectives when performing testing activities and shall carry out their duties in accordance with the documented Testing Quality Management System established to achieve these objectives.
They shall actively strive for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Testing Quality Management System, recognize the relevance and importance of testing activities in achieving quality objectives, and perform KOLAS-related activities impartially.

2. Assurance of Impartiality and Confidentiality

As part of the KOLAS management of our organization, top management shall provide all human and material resources necessary for Testing Quality Management.
All relevant personnel hereby declare their commitment to ensuring impartiality and confidentiality in order to perform testing activities fairly and objectively, in accordance with the following principles:

Top management shall thoroughly exclude any commercial, financial, or other pressures that may compromise impartiality and shall make continuous efforts to identify risks that may affect impartiality.

Relevant personnel shall not perform testing activities for personal solicitation or private gain and shall strive to provide customers with high-quality testing result services.

Continuous activities shall be carried out to prevent risks to impartiality, and efforts shall be made to eliminate factors that may influence testing activities.

All employees shall maintain the confidentiality of customer information obtained during testing activities and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the customer’s consent.
